Three of us had dinner at Quattro Bistro last night and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Vegetarian Pad Thai was delicious. The service and staff were amazing. Would highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

As usual, the food was excellent. First time trying the ginger beef, and was not disappointed. Enough spice without being overpowering, the dish was terrific

Terrific food - Excellent Service! We ordered the shrimp pad Thai - the portions were decent! I would come back when we're in the area again.

The food is amazing every time, especially the Pad Thai! The staff are always very friendly when we visit for a sit-down meal. This is one of our favourite restaurants in Canmore.
